Tera is a Lake Norman native who prides herself on being a detail-oriented and customer-focused agent. She attended the University of NC @ Charlotte, where she received her B.A. Tera has been a realtor since 2007. In addition to being a seasoned realtor, she also provides property management services. She specializes in working with investors, helping them add more properties to their portfolios, or liquidating the assets they currently have.
Tera is a 10-year recipient of the Five Star Professional Award for real estate agents.
When Tera is not helping her clients buy and sell real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their adorable lab mix. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and yoga.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jessica has lived in the Lake Norman area since 2006. She currently resides in Denver, NC with her husband, Michael and her children, Davis and Taylor. When not working, you can find Jessica walking their Mini Dachshund, Oliver, reading, decorating, spending time with friends, and driving her children to sports and dance competitions. Jessica has a background as a credit officer and started her career as an assistant to another Real Estate Agent, so she knows every aspect of the business from the ground up. Her desire is to find everyone the right home for them and to make the process as smooth as possible
As a native North Carolinian, Brandy is a licensed Realtor heading Ivy Property Group’s vacation rental program. She is uniquely qualified, with nearly two decades of experience managing day-to-day operations as an executive assistant for a Fortune 100 company before starting her Real Estate career nearly a decade ago. Focusing on a client-based program, Brandy is invested in delivering a high-quality rental while offering direct communication and real-time support to maintain the integrity of her client’s assets.
When she’s not at work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking. Fun fact: Brandy is a licensed cosmetologist.
Doug Fisher is a licensed real estate broker with over twenty years of experience managing investor's rental properties from Charlotte to Asheville. Doug also is a real estate investor with experience in home improvements/renovations, vacation rental management, buying/selling properties, financial analysis, and a working knowledge of real estate tax implications. Doug's most rewarding experiences in the industry have been partnering with individual client investors to successfully build their real estate portfolios and equity.
Doug is a graduate of Missouri University Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to Doug's real estate career he was awarded two patent's for electrical connector design and was a plant manager and engineering manager for a multinational Fortune 500 corporation.
Doug can be found annually toeing the line at the Black Mountain Marathon and participating in various ultra races. Other hobbies include camping, section hiking the Appalachian Trail, trying new breweries, home improvements, and stock investing.
Originally from the Buckeye State, Julie graduated from Ashland University in Ohio with Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees. During that time Julie excelled in athletics achieving All-American status and years later was an Athletic Hall of Fame inductee.
Julie has an extensive resume in facility and property management. Prior to moving to North Carolina Julie managed facilities and operations for the Kent State Athletic department. Since her relocation, she has managed rental investments, Owner's Associations, and commercial properties.
When not working, Julie enjoys her time with her family, their golden retriever, and watching her boys on the baseball diamond.
Natalie is a licensed real estate broker, specializing in property management and an exceptional client experience. Focusing on the Lake Norman region and surrounding areas, Natalie offers customized, low-pressure real estate services helping clients make the most of their assets. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Florida State University and had a successful career in the financial services industry as an operations manager with private funds and philanthropic giving. Along the way, Natalie bought, rented, and sold several homes of her own and learned the importance of having an advocate in your corner.
As an adventurer at heart, Natalie loves traveling at every opportunity, visiting modern art museums, painting, baking pies, playing dress-up, and celebrating everything with her husband and two children.
With more than twelve years of property management experience, Elizabeth began her real estate career at Century21 Hecht Realty in 2006 where she worked as an assistant for a top producer. From there she took a staff position as the company’s advertising manager. In this position, she focused on marketing company listings in various publications around the Lake Norman and Charlotte region. When the company was sold in 2009, she transitioned to Hecht Property management where she managed various assets including single and multi-family residential properties alongside nine homeowners associations for Hecht Development.
A Virginia native, Elizabeth moved to North Carolina in 2004 and has resided in the Lake Norman area with her family until recently moving to 48 acres in the country and is loving every minute of it.
Shawn is a native of Charlotte, NC with a double Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Most recently, he was a finance and accounting supervisor covering the southeastern United States, where he excelled in expense and budgeting analytics, customer support, and project management. He is passionate about education and is currently working towards his Masters of Accounting and plans to get his CPA license.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys following North Carolina’s college football teams (Wolfpack and 49ers), reading anything he can get his hands on, and volunteering to help provide access to technology for those in need. Ever the inquisitive mind, Shawn takes great joy in learning about and tinkering with electronics.
Crystal Rogers is proud to be a 3rd generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of her grandfather and her mom and dad who owned a mom and pop real estate firm in the small town she grew up in Florida. She has been a licensed Broker for 15 years. With a focus on property management, Crystal enjoys working on the financial side of property management and building relationships with owners, vendors and tenants managing an effective maintenance program that maintains the ROI on a client's investment all while maintaining the integrity of the home and structure itself.
Growing up in North Central Florida, Crystal enjoys being outdoors as much as possible with her three dogs. In 2006, a move to North Carolina helped her meet the love of her life and move to the country where she and her husband can train dogs and work with various rescues to find the best home for so many dogs that are in need. They live happily in Western Lincoln County where they can enjoy being close to the mountains as well as the city.
Melody began her real estate career in 2018 as an administrative assistant for a small local real estate firm. There, she learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry while gaining valuable experience in administration, transaction coordination, marketing, and graphic design. After graduating from Western Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship in 2021, Melody decided to venture into property management. Melody now serves as an assistant to Natalie Harrison and Crystal Rogers, ensuring the proper administration and execution of day-to-day tasks for their vast portfolio of rentals.
Although born and raised in Catawba County, NC, Melody has lived half of her life in Texas. It was during this time she met her husband, Steve. They currently reside in Maiden with their mini dachshund, Oscar. If she isn't working or spending time with family, you can find Melody in her home studio writing and recording instrumental music or outside shooting landscape and nature photography.
