Tera is a Lake Norman native and Lincolnton resident who prides herself on being a detail-oriented and customer-focused agent. She attended the University of NC at Charlotte, where she received her B.A. Earning her license in 2007, Tera is regarded as a premier Realtor in the area. While focusing on sales, Tera also provides property management services for both residential and commercial properties. She specializes in working with investors, helping them add more properties to their portfolios and liquidating current assets.
Tera is a 10-year recipient of the Five Star Professional Award for real estate agents.
When Tera is not helping her clients buy and sell real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their adorable lab mix. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and yoga.

Prior to moving to North Carolina, Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Florida State University and had a successful career in the financial services industry as an operations manager with private funds and philanthropic giving. Along the way, Natalie bought, rented, and sold several homes of her own and learned the importance of having an advocate in your corner.
As an adventurer at heart, Natalie loves traveling at every opportunity, visiting modern art museums, painting, baking pies, playing dress-up, and celebrating everything with her husband and two children.

Crystal is a proud third generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of her grandfather and parents who owned a real estate firm in the small town where she grew up in North Central Florida. She has been a licensed Broker for over 15 years. specializing in investor sales and property management.
Along with business partner, Natalie, they have together built a successful property management program for Real Estate entrepreneur clients. From identifying profitable properties to managing an effective maintenance program that maintains the ROI on clients' investments, Crystal's experience speaks for itself.
Crystal enjoys being outdoors as much as possible with her three dogs. Along with her husband, they live happily in Western Lincoln County where they work with various dog rescues throughout the state.

Property Management Department Manager
Residing in Davidson, NC, Doug brings almost twenty-five years of property management experience managing investor's rental properties from Charlotte to Asheville. Doug also is a real estate investor with experience in home improvements/renovations, vacation rental management, buying/selling properties, financial analysis, and a working knowledge of real estate tax implications. Doug's most rewarding experiences in the industry have been partnering with individual client investors to successfully build their real estate portfolios and equity.
Doug is a graduate of Missouri University Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to Doug's real estate career, he was awarded two patents for electrical connector design and was a plant manager and engineering manager for a multinational Fortune 500 corporation.
Doug can be found annually toeing the line at the Black Mountain Marathon and participating in various ultra races. Other hobbies include camping, section hiking the Appalachian Trail, trying new breweries, home improvements, and stock investing.
As a native North Carolinian, Brandy is a licensed Realtor heading Ivy Property Group’s vacation rental program. She is uniquely qualified, having nearly two decades of experience managing day-to-day operations as an executive assistant for a Fortune 100 company before starting her Real Estate career nearly a decade ago. Focusing on a client based program, Brandy is invested in delivering a high quality rental, while offering direct communication and real-time support to maintain the integrity of her clients' assets.
When she’s not at work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and their German shepherd, traveling, and cooking. Fun fact: Brandy is a licensed cosmetologist.

Shawn is a native of Charlotte, NC with a double Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Most recently, he was a finance and accounting supervisor covering the southeastern United States, where he excelled in expense and budgeting analytics, customer support, and project management. He is passionate about education and is currently working towards his Masters of Accounting and plans to get his CPA license.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys following North Carolina’s college football teams (Wolfpack and 49ers), reading anything he can get his hands on, and volunteering to help provide access to technology for those in need. Ever the inquisitive mind, Shawn takes great joy in learning about and tinkering with electronics.
With two decades of real estate experience, Elizabeth began her real estate career in 2006 where she, as an assistant to the company's top producer, quickly worked her way up the ranks. Since, she has developed skills in advertising and marketing through listings in various publications around the Lake Norman and Charlotte region.
Elizabeth has a natural finesse with management of both private and commercial properties. Developing a personalized investor program, she holds experience with single and multi-family residential properties, as well as Home Owner Association (HOA) management.
A Virginia native, Elizabeth moved to North Carolina in 2004 and has resided in the Lake Norman area with her family.

After leaving Wall Street in 2017, J.J. began investing in small businesses and real estate, gaining in-depth experience in commercial and residential buildout. His successful investments in multi-family rehabilitation projects in the Charlotte area, along with the completion of his first ground-up townhome project Chapman Farms in Lincolnton, NC, have solidified his real estate passion.
J.J.’s unique experience helps clients identify and navigate transactions often involving their largest financial asset: their home. Blending extensive real estate, negotiating, financial, and rehab experience, J.J. ensures that his clients are best represented and most informed when making their real estate decisions.
J.J. is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and is a proud alumnus of St. Ignatius High School and Kenyon College. He was an all-conference player and a four-year letterman in basketball. J.J. lives in Myers Park with his wife, Victoria, daughter Lyla, and dog Bo.
Originally from the Buckeye State, Julie graduated from Ashland University in Ohio with Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees. During that time, Julie excelled in athletics achieving All-American status and years later was an Athletic Hall of Fame inductee. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Julie managed facilities and operations for the Kent State Athletic department.
While specializing in commercial property management, Julie has an extensive background in Home Owner's Association (HOA), facility, and private property management (both long-term and short-term). Not one to shy away from a challenge, Julie excels at collaborative projects, budget building, and market analyses.
In her free time, Julie enjoys her time with her family, their golden retriever Lucy and their Australian shepherd Duell, and cheering for her boys Grady and Brock, be it on the baseball diamond, flag football field or at motocross events.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!), Jessica has lived in the Lake Norman area since 2006. Jessica comes with a background as a financial credit officer prior to starting in real estate some years ago. She is well versed in all aspects of home buying for investors and first-time home buyers alike. Jessica is passionate about helping clients find their forever home, while facilitating an easy, no-fuss deal.
She currently resides in Denver, NC with her husband Michael, and her children, Davis and Taylor. When not working, you can find Jessica walking their mini dachshund, Oliver, reading, decorating, spending time with friends, and driving her children to sports and dance competitions.
